today's training was fine...
but due to the wet weather...
training is conducted indoors...
i..on behalf of the specialists apologise for that...

pls take note that this your first time learning marching...
i noe some of you guys just took it as walking...

just take note some things about marching:
- lock your arms...
- 90degrees...45degrees
- DON't drag your boots...

if you guys master all of them...
it would be not a problem :)

arm drills are forced to be conducted in classrooms
the orienteering lesson looks quite bored to you guys...
as we are preparing you guys for spec course next year...
people will called out as IC..

thing to take note:
- you guys really need to work on your discipline... :(
- arms drills is not just a normal thing to do...
it requires lots of discipline,understanding and teamwork to excecute it as one...

and some of you guys can dunno..
- when you are selected to be a IC...
treat it seriously...since you are the IC
you discipline must be better than them in order to make them respect you...
you need to learn to use your confidience
